Real Wedding : Jenn & Michael at The Ford Plantation

You may remember the beautiful magnolia inspired letterpress invitations of Jenn and Michael.
I had the pleasure of working with Alysse Sweeney with MGE who did an amazing job on Jenn and Michael's wedding at The Ford Plantation. We also had the help of The Monogram Place who did the stunning embroidery on the linens featured. All of the paper products compliments of yours truly at emma j design.  Beautiful photography by Mackensey Alexander.

Real Wedding : Kelley & Kevin : Vintage Country Chic

Loving how my long-time friend, Kelley's, wedding turned out in Rome, Georgia! Kelley and Kevin wanted a vintage country chic wedding and I do believe they pulled it off with flying shades of pink, turquoise and purple! What a pleasure to be a part of their special day and Pam Jones from Paris Mountain Photography did an amazing job with the photos. Check out some of the custom details from emma j design. The bride did a lot of DYI decor and it was all stunning and colorful in person.

Magnolia Wedding Invitations with Monogram (Savannah, Georgia, Ford Plantation)

I've had the pleasure of working with Alysse from MGE in which we have created a beautiful wedding paper wardrobe for Jen and Michael! Their invitations have been signed, sealed and delivered to their lucky guests so I'm happy to share the final product! Jen and Michael wanted a design that was representative of The Ford Plantation as well as the southern accent of magnolia flowers. We created a custom letterpressed folder and completed with 100% cotton Crane 220lb thickness paper for the wedding invitations and response cards. We also designed a special events card to communicate the weekend activities. Jen also wanted a coordinating thank you note card to use for wedding gifts. Enjoy!

Wedding Invitations with Gold Calligraphy Engraving

I had the honor of designing Abigail's beautiful and stunningly elegant wedding invitations! Abigail wanted traditional but with a twist. She fell in love with Crane's blush pink paper - made popular by the Martha Stewart Wedding Collection. Abigail's love of paper turned into a one-of-a-kind work of art designed by myself and calligrapher, Bride Whelan with assistance of La Paperie. Bride developed the hand-written wording, while I concentrated on the custom wedding monogram that adorned the top of the A9 invitation with rounded edges. The artwork was engraved with gold ink and the ecru envelopes were lined in lustre gold.
