In looking at my recent followers on Twitter, I discovered Loren Hope Designs and boy, am I glad I did! Her work is SO fabulous! If you're a friend of mine, you know that I love chunky jewelry that makes a statement. There are many pieces on her site and I might have to be purchasing someday soon!

I was a dedicated Mac fan until I made friends with these products. The glosses aren't as sticky, but still have the high-gloss effect with great color. The shadows have a better concentration of color and blend better!

My friend, Mable Cakes, referred me to this shadow and I just love it! I love the big fat brush that comes with it. It's the kind of mascara that looks great with one coat or even more glam with a couple of coats. It doesn't clump up with multiple coats!
Glo Shimmer
The ultimate finisher to your entire face! Once I apply this last step to my makeup routine, my face just comes to life! It provides a great shimmer and all-over glow to your face! It's not shimmer like the kind of shimmer we used in middle school, but makes your skin looks absolutely radiant!

Jumping into Spring

So I usually pick one new Spring Fashion to dive into and this year, I've decided on Jumpsuits. Yes...I know, the word "Jumpsuit" makes me think of the denim version that my second grade teacher wore with apples and school buses embroidered all over. Well - these aren't the same thing and I'm pretty excited about wearing these this year!

I just think this would so super cute with gold flats and gold/black accessories...

ahhhh...finally breaking out the summer wardrobe!

Now that it's finally time to break out the summer clothes, I was thrilled to finally wear my Jack Rogers, cotton dresses from Victoria's Secret and Lilly! One of my favorite Things for Cold Weather

I absolutely HAVE to share one of my favorite things for cold weather. I love the moment when it just gets chilly and I get to pull out my boucle sweaters from Victoria's Secret. I can't even recall how many colors I have, but I absolutely LOVE these sweaters. No matter how many times you wash them, they don't shrink (even after a couple mistakingly made it through a dryer cycle). For those of you with long arms and torsos (like myself), this is the sweater for you. Southern Proper (...and charm, too!)

Okay, I definitely couldn't start a blog without mentioning my FAV men's accessory! BOWTIES! My favorites are from http://www.southernproper.com/ - you don't get much cuter than this! The company began by a couple of southern belles and boy, have they turned the most simply concept into a southern pheonoma. From tailgates at SEC games to fundraisers, these chicks are everywhere! Patrick sports his favorite bowtie, the pink with sailfish. It's been a big hit at weddings. They even make women's headbands (the black lab is a favorite of my friend, Liz.).
