Brand Design Highlight : Piece of Cake Bakery
I've been working closely with the ladies at Piece of Cake out of Atlanta, Georgia. LOVE their cakes! I was a frequent customer when I worked downtown a few years ago. They approached me a couple of years ago to redesign their website and reinvent their brand. I used their existing precious logo to create a brand new design which we are still growing today! They ship their cakes and treats straight to your door - great for the holidays and birthdays all year round!
Here's a glimpse of their website, but you can visit the real deal here:
Also, here are some of the latest email campaigns I have designed for their custom list. Love how fun these are!
Real Wedding : Deanna & Joe at Palmetto Bluff
What a beautiful day this turned out to be! Or should I say, beautiful 3-day event celebrating the marriage of Deanna and Joe. The fabulous event was designed and coordinated by Sebrell Smith Designer Events and photographed by the talented Chia and Hon along with Bryan Stovall. You can also view the video from Savannah Wedding Films here. Here are a few shots from the wedding day and reception. The beautiful calligraphy was hand lettered by Bride Whelan. More details to come for the pre-wedding oyster roast and rehearsal dinner.
Custom engraved wedding invitations on Crane & Co. Ebony paper. Calligraphy by Bride Whelan. |

Real Wedding : Jenn & Michael at The Ford Plantation
You may remember the beautiful magnolia inspired letterpress invitations of Jenn and Michael.
I had the pleasure of working with Alysse Sweeney with MGE who did an amazing job on Jenn and Michael's wedding at The Ford Plantation. We also had the help of The Monogram Place who did the stunning embroidery on the linens featured. All of the paper products compliments of yours truly at emma j design. Beautiful photography by Mackensey Alexander.

Custom Letterpress Stationery
I have had the pleasure of working with two clients recently who adore letterpress stationery - the ultimate luxury!
For Heather, I commissioned local calligrapher, Bride Whelan, to hand letter her name in a beautiful script in Heather's signature blue color. Heather's stationery was printed on 220lb Crane Lettra - super textured and thick. Both are beautiful in person and I know they are excited about putting them to use!
For Andrea, we letterpressed her custom wedding monogram in metallic gold on ecru 160lb cardstock.

New Brand Design : The Southern Coterie
Introducing... The Southern Coterie. This wonderful project is still in the works but this soon-to-be savvy resource will house everything from food, shopping, travel, style and everything southern. The girls over at TSC wanted something with southern charm, rustic but elegant. Here is the logo we finalized and I cannot wait to get started on the website!
